Netflix and Binge Vol. 1

1.
Manifest

NETFLIX

I cannot remember the last time I had been so obsessed with a show. After a family splits up onto two flights home from vacation, one plane never makes it back. You think, but it lands five years later. No one on the plane has aged a day and all of sudden they start having visions. You have to check it out and see what happens. It is SO good.

2.
Ted Lasso

APPLE TV+

What happens when a goofy, lovable, flawed American football coach, takes a job coaching a London football club? An incredible tv show. Ted Lasso is a show for everyone and will have you laughing and falling in love with the characters in no time. Want to check it out but don’t have Apple TV+? Right now Target is offering their Target Circle members (free membership club) 3 months free of Apple TV+!

3.
Virgin River

NETFLIX

Filled with romance, tragedy, drama and small town stories, Virgin River is the kind of show that I can watch a whole season in a day. The show revolves around Mel, a nurse from LA escaping her past (there are lots of intense flashbacks!) and looking for a fresh start in a small Washington State town aka Virgin River. Season 3 just dropped on Netflix recently and it was a good one!

4.

Renovation Island

HGTV

Another one of the coolest show to come out in a while. Bryan and Sarah Baeumler bought and are renovating a run down hotel on a small island in the Bahamas. Getting to see how they redid all the current buildings, created some new ones and how they are upgrading the resort is fascinating. Now we are watching them navigating running and updating a hotel during Covid and its incredible how strong they are and making the most of these challenging times.

5.
Frasier

HULU

An oldie but MAN a goodie! I truly do not know how I stumbled upon watching Frasier, but I am so glad I did. Frasier was one of those shows that has me crying laughing in so many episodes. Technically a spin-off of Cheers, Frasier follow Dr. Frasier Crane as he moves back to his home town of Seattle, becomes a radio psychiatrist, ends up living with his father and getting himself into all sorts of trouble. All usually while dragging his younger brother Dr. Niles Crane and his coworker Roz along with him. If you need a good show, watch Frasier.
