I’m not sure about you guys but I am very much over the cold weather. But I am not going to let it stop from trying new places in the city!

So, I finally got to check off Felix Roasting Co. from my list! Located in Midtown East, (31st and Park) with perfect pink aesthetic, amazing victorian vibes and great ambiance, Felix Roasting has become one of my favorite, if not my favorite coffee shop in the city. They put such dedication and passion into the drinks they make and are truly works of art. And not only do they look incredible, but thank goodness they taste great too.

Since this was my first time visiting (but def not my last) I had to try more then one drink! Naturally, I ordered my favorite…a classic cappuccino. It was smooth, creamy and melted into my mouth. I also tried a their black tea. This was no regular throw in a mug when your sick kinda tea, I can tell ya. I also watch a member of the staff make an egg nog (photo in the grid below) and was def standing there with my mouth open in awe.

Felix Roasting also sell a variety of sweets and treats to have with your drinks. They sell croissants and pastries from another fav spot of mine, Supermoon Bakehouse. Read about my trip there, here.

Along with the sweets, they also make four kinds of toasts! So yes, you can def have brunch here! To me the ricotta, cucumber and tomato toast sounds like something I need to try.

Overall, I’m pretty sure this coffee shop was made for me. I have been obsessed since the day I first found it and am so happy to cross it off my list. But when I go back I need to see if they serve wine at night (because, you know coffee till cocktails lol). They have beer or the menu so I feel like they must! And most importantly, to try the Hickory Smoked S’mores latte. Oh don’t anyone here worry, I will def report back.
